You will oversee resources, timelines, and risks, fostering collaboration and accountability across stakeholders.About The RoleMain ResponsibilitiesDevelop and manage comprehensive project plans, ops Plans, outlining tasks, cross functional timelines, and resource requirements to ensure on-time and within-scope delivery.Lead the end-to-end lifecycle of security-related projects and programs, from initial planning and development through execution, delivery, and post-project review.Ensure strict adherence to security policies, standards, and regulatory requirements across all project activities.Proactively identify and mitigate security and operational risks throughout the project lifecycle.Define clear project scope, objectives, and deliverables that align with organizational and client goals.Coordinate internal teams and third-party vendors to ensure smooth, integrated execution of all project components.Monitor and report on project performance using established tools and methodologies, providing regular updates to stakeholders.Manage daily operational aspects of projects, resolving issues, removing roadblocks, and ensuring strong momentum.Facilitate collaboration with internal and external stakeholders to gather requirements, address concerns, and ensure continuous alignment.Maintain thorough and accurate project documentation, including timelines, risk register logs, status reports, and post-project assessments.Conduct comprehensive evaluations of completed projects to assess performance, capture lessons learned, and recommend improvements.Ensure optimal resource allocation and availability across multiple concurrent projects.Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement among multidisciplinary teams.Uphold high standards of quality, ensuring that all deliverables meet compliance, security, and performance benchmarks.Other Duties and ResponsibilitiesWork in line with client security policies, site procedures, training, and core values, while adhering to customer policies.Support a safe, respectful, and communicative work environment.Perform additional duties as reasonably requested by your client or line manager.RequirementsEssentialBachelor's degree in Business, Project Management, or equivalent proven experience in project management.Strong understanding of project management tools (e.g., Asana, Jira, MS Project, Trello).Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills, including the ability to present and communicate complex information to a wide range of audiences.Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.Data analysis skills.DesirableGoogle Suite proficiency.Internal systems (Vantage Dispatch - admin panel) experience.Required Criteria2 years project management experienceAbility to use project software e.g. Trello, jira etc.Desired CriteriaFirst Aid certificateSkills NeededAbout The CompanySince its founding in 1969, Provincial Security Services has grown into a senior player in Ireland's private security sector.
