We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Assistant Area Manager to join our team. This role offers the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of people with disabilities and their families.
As Assistant Area Manager, you will be responsible for assisting in the planning, development and implementation of high-quality person-centred programmes. Your key duties will include:
* Assisting in the overall management of training and development programmes
* Providing support in the day-to-day management and administration of human resources
* Managing the progress of students through National Learning Network processes
* Ensuring compliance with quality standards and certification requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
* A relevant professional qualification in Business Administration, Education or Social Sciences
* Experience of working with staff in a supervisory management capacity is advantageous
* Excellent organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks
