My client,a prominent international law firm headquartered in London, now operates more than 30 offices across Europe, the Middle East, Asia-Pacific, and North America with more than 3,000 staff globally
They are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Marketing & Business Development (MBD) Senior Executive to join the growing team in Dublin. This is a fantastic opportunity for a dynamic professional who is passionate about marketing, business development, and strategic growth within a professional services environment.
In this role, you will be a key contributor to the firm’s marketing and business development efforts, helping to shape and implement strategies that support client engagement, brand visibility, and revenue growth. You will work closely with senior stakeholders, including partners and lawyers, as well as collaborate with colleagues across international offices to deliver impactful campaigns and initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
* Strategic Marketing Support: Assist in the development and execution of marketing plans aligned with the firm’s business objectives. This includes campaign planning, content creation, and digital marketing initiatives.
* Business Development: Support partners and fee earners in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, including client targeting, pitch preparation, and proposal development.
* Client Relationship Management: Help manage and grow key client relationships through targeted communications, events, and client feedback initiatives.
* Brand Management: Ensure consistent application of the firm’s brand across all marketing materials and communications, both online and offline.
* Event Coordination: Plan and execute client events, webinars, and sponsorships, ensuring high-quality delivery and follow-up.
* Market Research & Analysis: Conduct research on market trends, competitor activity, and client needs to inform strategic decision-making.
* Collaboration: Work closely with the global MBD team to share best practices, align on firm-wide initiatives, and contribute to cross-border projects.
What We’re Looking For
* A degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field.
* At least 3–5 years of experience in a marketing or business development role, ideally within a professional services or legal environment.
* Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* A proactive, self-starter attitude with a collaborative mindset.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with CRM systems and digital marketing tools.
