Job Title: Automated Visual Inspection Project Lead

* About the Role:
* This position plays a crucial part in ensuring the successful implementation of Automated Visual Inspection (AVI) across various projects.
* The AVI Project Lead will oversee the project lifecycle, from business case evaluation to go-live, guaranteeing seamless integration and compliance with regulatory requirements.
* Collaboration with cross-functional teams is vital in this role, as you will need to establish robust project governance frameworks and drive the work forward to meet project timelines.
* You will be responsible for managing budgets, resource allocation, and identifying long lead items to ensure timely project delivery.
* In addition, you will develop clear business cases, provide regular communication to stakeholders, and manage change management needs throughout the execution scope.
* This position demands strong project management skills, experience in regulated environments, and a proven track record of delivering hybrid delivery approaches.
* An understanding of GMP, manufacturing operations, and fill-finish process is also essential.
* Project management certification, such as PMP or PRINCE2, is preferred.
* A minimum of 10-15 years of project management experience in installation of equipment in pharmaceuticals is required.

Responsibilities:

* Lead the AVI capital investment project from start to finish.
* Manage budgets, resource allocation, and identify long lead items to ensure timely project delivery.
* Develop clear business cases and provide regular communication to stakeholders.
* Manage change management needs throughout the execution scope.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to establish robust project governance frameworks.
* Drive the work forward to meet project timelines.
* Guarantee seamless integration and compliance with regulatory requirements.
* Implement global standards of project management across the project.
* Sustain strategic support for the project by developing relationships with SMEs, functional leaders, and other operational leaders.

Qualifications & Experience:

">
* Minimum 10-15 years of project management experience in installation of equipment in pharmaceuticals.
* Demonstrated experience managing project budgets exceeding €5M and multi-phase delivery schedules.
* Background in pharmaceutical environments with strong knowledge of GMP, manufacturing operations, and fill-finish process.
* Track record in delivering projects with hybrid delivery approaches in regulated environments.
* Project management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent) preferred.
