* This position demands strong project management skills, experience in regulated environments, and a proven track record of delivering hybrid delivery approaches.
* An understanding of GMP, manufacturing operations, and fill-finish process is also essential.
* Project management certification, such as PMP or PRINCE2, is preferred.
* A minimum of 10-15 years of project management experience in installation of equipment in pharmaceuticals is required.

Qualifications & Experience:

* Minimum 10-15 years of project management experience in installation of equipment in pharmaceuticals.
* Demonstrated experience managing project budgets exceeding €5M and multi-phase delivery schedules.
* Background in pharmaceutical environments with strong knowledge of GMP, manufacturing operations, and fill-finish process.
* Track record in delivering projects with hybrid delivery approaches in regulated environments.
* Project management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent) preferred.
