Job Title
Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver exceptional activation of sponsorships.
* Act as a point of contact for key rights holders.
* Liaise with agency partners and others as necessary.
* Manage tracking, reporting, and evaluation of sponsorship properties.
* Ensure that all hotel sponsorships are planned, activated, and evaluated in accordance with brand strategy.
* Communicate and present to colleagues and senior managers on sponsorship-related areas.
* Develop and maintain brand guidelines and toolkits.
* Monitor the competitor environment and bring a leading-edge perspective to sponsorship and marketing activities.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field.
* Minimum 2-3 years experience in sponsorship field, client, agency, or rights holder area.
* Passion for sponsorship and desire to develop career in this field.
* Demonstrated ability to work effectively in sponsorship space.
* Ability to connect with stakeholders and work collaboratively.
* Strong project management skills.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
* Mobility, with some travel required.
