Job Description
This client-facing role focuses on managing mechanical maintenance services for key FM clients, supervising hard FM M&E maintenance activities, and ensuring preventive and reactive maintenance is delivered on schedule and within scope.
Responsible for commercial aspects of the sites, providing clients with remedial quotations in a timely manner, and working with Jones technicians and engineers to propose and deliver HVAC & electrical solutions.
Requires knowledge of HVAC services (Heating, Ventilation & Air-Conditioning).
Electrical competency is desirable but not essential.
Excellent interpersonal skills required, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients, technicians, subcontractors and co-workers.
Requirements
Relevant third-level qualification desirable (Mechanical/Building Services Engineering or similar) but not essential.
Trade background advantageous.
Knowledge of mechanical maintenance requirements in the building services environment essential.
Minimum three years of leadership experience or substantial engineering support/project management experience in a team environment required.
Experience in HVAC maintenance advantageous.
Strong interpersonal, communication, influencing and presentation skills essential.
Leadership skills, proven ability to coach and mentor technical staff, and flexibility in a dynamic team environment required.
Excellent IT skills essential.
Leadership, project management and engineering experience essential.
