We are seeking an experienced Front Office & Accommodation Manager to lead our front office and housekeeping teams and ensure an exceptional guest experience.Role OverviewYou will manage day to day front office operations and the full accommodation function, including housekeeping standards, room presentation, and linen and laundry coordination. You will be hands-on, calm under pressure, and focused on service excellence, cost control, and team development.Key ResponsibilitiesFront OfficeLead the reception team to deliver a professional and friendly welcomeOversee reservations, room allocations, guest billing, and cash handlingManage OTA inventory, rate loading, and parity in the PMS and channel managerHandle guest queries, complaints, and VIP arrangementsProduce daily reports and communicate with all departments for smooth operationsAccommodationLead housekeeping team for daily cleans, stay overs, turnarounds, and deep cleansSet and audit standards for room and public area presentationPlan rosters and allocate workloads based on occupancy forecastsControl linen and laundry processes and stock levelsComplete room inspections and coordinate maintenance jobs with clear follow upMaintain COSHH, chemical use logs, and equipment carePeople, Safety, and ComplianceRecruit, train, and coach team members with clear SOPsMonitor performance, support development, and manage attendanceEnsure HACCP, health and safety, manual handling, and GDPR complianceTrack budgets and costs for labour, linen, amenities, and cleaning suppliesRequirementsMinimum 2 years in a hotel supervisory role across front office or accommodationStrong PMS and OTA knowledge, confident with reporting and cash proceduresProven people leadership with a hands-on approachExcellent attention to detail and guest service focusStrong planning and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environmentFlexibility to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and bank holidays as requiredWhat We OfferCompetitive salary based on experienceStaff meals while on dutyTraining and support with progression opportunitiesA professional and friendly working environment in a respected local businessJob Type: Full-timePay: €35,000.00-€37,000.00 per yearWork Location: In person
