Electrical project manager

You will be joining a well-established
main contractor
with a strong track record delivering
large-scale data centre and mission-critical projects
across Ireland and Europe.
The business is known for delivering complex, high-value projects to the highest safety, quality, and programme standards and has a strong pipeline of upcoming works.
Your New Role
As Electrical Project Manager, you will take full responsibility for the
electrical package
on a major data centre project in Blanchardstown.
Working on site, you will manage subcontractors, coordinate with design and commissioning teams, and ensure the electrical works are delivered safely, on time, and within budget.
Key duties will include:
Managing the electrical scope from pre-construction through to commissioning and handover
Coordinating electrical subcontractors and specialist suppliers
Liaising with construction, commercial, design, and client teams
Managing technical submissions, RFIs, and programme updates
Overseeing installation, testing, and commissioning of electrical systems
Ensuring compliance with health & safety, QA/QC, and project specifications
What You'll Need
Degree or trade background in
Electrical Engineering
or a related discipline
Proven experience as an
Electrical Project Manager
on large-scale projects
Previous
data centre or mission-critical experience
(pharma or similar also considered)
Strong technical knowledge of LV/MV systems, UPS, generators, and critical power infrastructure
Experience working for a
main contractor or major M&E contractor
Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills
