Job Description
As a Planned Servicing Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the managerial statutory compliance of all clients. This role involves coordination and management of site staff and on-field engineers to deliver planned cyclical programs.
The successful candidate will have experience in compliance or planning management and will possess excellent communication skills, with the ability to work independently and methodically.
Main Duties:
1. Coordinate all planned cyclical programs and ensure timely delivery.
2. Provide weekly and monthly reports to existing clients, highlighting key performance indicators and areas for improvement.
3. Manage resources effectively to deliver daily/weekly and monthly plans, ensuring optimal use of time and personnel.
4. Professionally meet with clients and supply chain partners, managing communication between parties and resolving any issues that may arise.
5. Manage KPIs to an acceptable standard, including internal and client-side performance, and make recommendations for improvement where necessary.
6. Assist the Commercial Manager in procurement of suppliers and sub-contractors, ensuring the best possible outcomes for the organization.
Requirements:
* Full UK driving license.
* Third-level education.
* Experience in compliance or planning management.
* Senior client relationship management skills.
