Hotel Operations Manager
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced supervisor to take the next step into management and oversee the smooth day-to-day operation of a hotel, ensuring an exceptional guest experience and supporting all departments during their shift.
The Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise daily hotel operations across front office, food and beverage, and housekeeping departments
• Be the first point of contact for guest queries, complaints, and special requests
• Ensure excellent service standards are maintained across all areas of the hotel
• Lead, motivate, and support team members on shift
• Manage opening and closing procedures
• Conduct regular floor walks and ensure health and safety compliance
• Communicate effectively with senior management to report on daily operations and guest feedback
• Handle cash, float reconciliation, and reporting duties
The Ideal Candidate:
• Must have previous experience in a supervisory or duty management role within a hotel environment
• Possess strong communication, leadership, and organisational skills
• Have a passion for delivering exceptional customer service
• Be flexible to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends
• Be able to lead by example in a hands-on and approachable manner
