Founded in 1994, Complete Laboratory Solutions (CLS) is Ireland's most highly accredited contract laboratory, providing industry-leading sampling, analysis, and skilled micro and analytical analysts on contract to clients across the food, environmental, medical device, biopharmaceutical, and pharmaceutical sectors. We deliver customized managed service solutions, allowing clients to have our expert team on-site at their own facilities or outsource those services to us here at CLS.

Job Title, Summary & Reporting Line:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior HR Generalist to join our HR team. This role is heavily recruitment-focused (minimum 50%), with responsibility for managing the end-to-end hiring process for all graduate and early-career roles, as well as overseeing recruitment administration for all hires across the business.

The role will also support core HR operations, including HR reporting and administration using our new HR system, employee relations support, and internal communication and project related activities. This is an excellent opportunity for an early-career HR professional to gain broad experience and responsibility in a fast paced growing business.

The Role:

Recruitment and Onboarding:

* Responsible for complete end to end recruitment process (for all graduate vacancies and other assigned roles) through our Applicant Tracking System including preparing and placing adverts, sourcing and screening CV's, scheduling interviews and conducting screening interviews.

* Prepare and manage all recruitment related paperwork for all new hires including offers and contracts, references, new employee documentation etc.

* Coordinate and conduct employee inductions, ensuring all required paperwork is completed.

* Maintain and update employee records and paperwork related to new hires, leavers, promotions and other employment changes.

Employee Relations and Communication:

* Serve as a point of contact for employee enquiries regarding HR policies, procedures etc.

* Support the HR team in managing employee relations by addressing concerns and coordinating follow-up actions.

* Assist with absence management, disciplinary, and grievance processes in line with company policies

* Play a lead role in organizing employee engagement initiatives and company events under the company's employee wellbeing programme.

* Maintain a good working knowledge of current employment law and best practice.

HR Administration & Reporting:

* Maintain HR system and ensure that employee records are updated.

* Prepare and process various HR-related documents such as letters, forms and reports.

* Support Visa application process ensuring compliance with legal requirements.

* Manage monthly reporting on all HR metrics such as employee turnover, attendance, and recruitment analytics

* Lead absence management across the business through timely analysis of reports, supporting managers with attendance review meetings etc.

Where you've come from:

* Degree in HR, Business, or related field desirable.

* Previous experience in a fast paced HR and recruitment role.

* Experience with HRIS and Applicant Tracking Systems.
