Position Overview:
This Senior Digital Project Manager will play a key role in leading digital, web and content projects from first briefing through to final delivery for Originate. You will manage multiple fast-moving projects at once, bringing structure, clarity and momentum to designers, developers and strategists while building strong, trusted relationships with clients. The role requires someone who thrives in a busy agency environment, proactively solves problems before they escalate and keeps quality consistently high across every output. Key Responsibilities:
* Take projects from first briefing through to delivery, ensuring smooth progression and that nothing falls between the cracks.
* Bring solid experience in Agile delivery, keeping teams aligned and focused.
* Own project scopes, budgets and resourcing, ensuring work is delivered on time, within budget and to a high standard.
* Operate confidently in a fast-paced agency environment where digital, e-commerce and creative projects require sharp thinking and strong organisation.
* Manage medium to large website builds, CMS migrations, campaign launches and multi-phase digital transformations end-to-end.
* Build strong, trusting client relationships and keep multiple stakeholders aligned throughout the project lifecycle.
* Communicate clearly, present confidently and prepare reports that help clients understand performance and next steps.
* Stay calm under pressure, adapt quickly when priorities shift and manage a varied client portfolio without losing quality or momentum.
* Proactively identify risks, set expectations and ensure transparent, solution-focused communication at all stages.
Qualifications:
* 6+ years' experience in digital or agency project management, with confidence owning projects end-to-end.
* Degree in marketing, communications or a related field.
* Ability to think strategically, contribute ideas and challenge thinking where needed.
* Comfortable managing several projects simultaneously in a busy studio environment.
* Confident presenting to clients, facilitating workshops and building trust quickly.
* Natural ability to spot issues early, problem-solve efficiently and maintain structure in fast-moving situations.
* Skilled in preparing timelines, documentation and reports that keep both clients and internal teams aligned.
* Confident contributing to new business, shaping proposals and identifying opportunities for growth.
* Highly organised, strong attention to detail and able to bring clarity where others see only noise.
* This is a full-time, studio-based role with a minimum of four days per week in our Ranelagh office.
