As we continue to expand, we’re looking for an experienced Recruitment Consultant to join our team and play a key role in our next stage of growth.
The Role
As an experienced Recruitment Consultant, you’ll manage the full 360° recruitment process from business development and client management to candidate sourcing and placement.
You’ll combine your commercial acumen, relationship-building skills, and drive for results to deliver exceptional service and grow your own portfolio within our specialist markets.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and develop your own portfolio of clients and candidates
Build strong relationships and attend client meetings to understand hiring needs
Write and post engaging job adverts to attract high-calibre candidates
Screen, interview, and shortlist applicants for client roles
Provide interview preparation, guidance, and feedback to candidates
Negotiate offers and secure placements
Consistently achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly KPIs and targets
Maintain accurate records using our CRM system
Stay informed on market trends, competitor activity, and candidate movements
About You
Demonstrable experience as a Recruitment Consultant (ideally 2+ years)
Proven track record in billing and business development
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Self-motivated, resilient, and results-driven
Thrives in a fast-paced, performance-oriented environment
Proficient with recruitment CRM systems and sourcing tools (e.g. LinkedIn Recruiter)
Sector-specific experience in PR, Comms, Public Affairs or Marketing is desirable but not essential
