In thefirst 12 months, the priority isdirectly driving subscription revenuethrough strategic engagement withValue Added Distributors (VADs)and their downstreamSystem Integrator (SI) and MSP partners.Once revenue milestones are achieved, the CCO willscale the channel functionby building aDistribution Account Manager (DAM)andChannel Account Manager (CAM)team in Ireland to support global execution.Key FocusDeliver subscription revenue growth through VAD-led distribution.Ensure the subscription proposition flows downstream from national VADs to their SI/MSP partners and ultimately to end customers .Gradually expand the channel team based on performance and revenue targets.Report directly to the Board, providing strategic insights and performance updates.Key ResponsibilitiesExecute Channel StrategyImplement the existing global channel plan with precision and urgency.Drive onboarding and activation of selected VADs and their downstream partners in North America and Europe.Revenue AccelerationOwn subscription revenue targets for the first 12 months.Develop joint go-to-market initiatives with VADs and SIs to maximize adoption.Partner EngagementBuild strong relationships with VADs and their SI/MSP ecosystems in target regions.Ensure partner enablement and readiness for subscription delivery.Team ScalingRecruit and develop DAM and CAM roles gradually, aligned with revenue milestones.Establish operational processes for partner management and performance tracking.Board-Level ReportingProvide regular updates on channel performance, revenue progress, and strategic recommendations.Ideal Candidate ProfileExperience:10+ years in channel leadership roles within SaaS, subscription, or technology platforms.Proven success executing channel strategies and driving measurable revenue growth.Relationships:Deep, active network with VADs and SIs in North America and Europe .Skills:Strong execution mindset with ability to deliver results under tight timelines.Expertise in subscription economics and partner incentive structures.Education:Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, or related field; MBA preferred.Compensation & BenefitsOTE Package: €120,000flexible work arrangements.
