We're looking to grow our teams with more people who share our enthusiasm for innovation and creating the best experience for job seekers.Day to DayProvide high-quality, fan-generating service for all assigned accounts.Accountable for book of business, account management, operations, and KPI achievement.Ensure customer success is the goal for all assigned accounts and increase customer satisfaction.Contribute to the overall success of the team, the territory/segment, and Indeed.Drive customers to success by purposefully participating in their success through sales collaboration.Collaborate with a manager and senior client success specialists to achieve team goals and contribute to results.Mentor new hires as requested.ResponsibilitiesProvide recommendations on account operations to achieve results: set appropriate metrics (cost-effectiveness, conversions, volume)Read operational data and give solutions to operational issues as they relate to the client's recruitment challenges.Collaborate with a manager, a team lead, and senior client success specialists to achieve team goals.Communicate and partner proactively with sales and other departments to exceed customer expectations, set goals, and resolve recruitment issues.Share case studies, contribute to team initiatives, and cover for absent teammates.Understand and proactively contribute to team goals, cooperate with other departments to ensure customer success.Partner with Sales to achieve results, plan for customer success, and prevent and address problems.Propose and communicate measures and initiatives for account success.Achieve personal account goals and KPIs.Skills/Competencies2 years experience which can include: Industry (Recruitment, Staffing, Dot com/tech, HR Tech, Ad/Media Agency), B2B, and Account Management.Language: professional proficient in both English and Polish.Data Proficiency: Quickly analyze operational data and identify anomalies.Unbiased Decision-Making: Formulate hypotheses based on data, maintaining an unbiased perspective.Risk Prevention: Proactively assess and manage accounts in sales partnership, to enhance effectiveness and results.Motivational Skills: Acknowledge client issues, identify problems, and partner internally for solutions.Adaptability: Overcome obstacles and drive change while taking ownership.Perseverance: Never give up, persistently think through and execute tasks.Continuous Learning and Leadership: Prioritize ongoing self-improvement and show the initiative to explore new markets.Salary Range TransparencyDublin 40, ,000 EUR per yearSalary Range DisclaimerThe base salary range represents the low and high end of the Indeed salary range for this position in the given work location.
