Electrical Maintenance Engineer Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Electrical Maintenance Engineer to join our team. This role involves working with Site Maintenance Managers, Planners and API Maintenance Lead on site maintenance program execution to deliver compliant, reliable and efficient operation of plant and equipment.

* Key Responsibilities:
* Collaborate with maintenance personnel to execute Reliability Centered Maintenance initiatives.
* Develop and lead Root Cause Failure Analysis Program to reduce general equipment breakdowns.
* Establish and use reliability & work planning metrics/KPI's to monitor improvement and resource optimization.
* Carry out start up checks on machinery throughout the plant daily.
* Ensure swift and safe breakdowns at all times.
* Evaluate efficiency, safety and hygiene of servicing and maintenance throughout the site.
* Maintain smooth factory running.
* Repair, service and maintain machinery.
* Work on refrigeration, plumbing and breakdowns safely and tidily.
* Implement and follow preventative maintenance schedule and ensure records are completed.

* Candidates must have completion of a 4 year approved technical training program in mechanical or electrical repair and maintenance and 2 years electrical/mechanical experience;
* Or, any equivalent combination of experience and/or education from which comparable knowledge, skills and abilities have been achieved including third and fourth year apprentices.
* Leaving Cert, School Diploma or Equivalent.
* Experience in a fast paced manufacturing environment is required.
