In this role, you'll lead large-scalenetwork deployment and upgrade projects, ensuring our enterprise network remainscurrent, stable, and vendor-supported, withzero user impactduring change.You'll partner withNetwork Engineers, Software Engineers, and Operations teamsto deliver technology transformation initiatives that improve performance, reliability, and scalability across their global network.This is an excellent opportunity for a program manager with strong networking knowledge who thrives in a fast-paced, cross-functional technical environment.What You'll DoLead GEN deployment projects focused on network hardware refresh, migrations, and lifecycle management.Drive initiatives around technology transformation and operational excellence, ensuring projects deliver predictable outcomes and minimal disruption.Collaborate with engineering and operations teams to ensure new solutions meet operational and design standards .Manage project timelines, dependencies, risks, and communications across global stakeholders.Support process improvement initiatives to eliminate technical debt and non-standard deploymentsOccasionally support weekend migration work, compensated with time off during the weekWhat We're Looking ForProven experience as a Technical Program Manager or Infrastructure Program Manager, ideally in a large-scale, technical environment.Solid understanding of network engineering principles (routers, switches, firewalls, IP protocols, hardware lifecycle).Experience leading network deployment, transformation, or migration projects .Strong communication and stakeholder management skills — able to bridge between technical and non-technical teams.Skilled in project management tools and frameworks (e.g., Asana, Smartsheet, Jira, or equivalent).Comfortable working with cross-regional teams, with some flexibility for meetings in US time zones.CCNA or similar certification is a plus, but not required.Preferred QualificationsExperience in a large-scale, global tech environment.
