Merger and Acquisition Integration Specialist
As a Merger and Acquisition Integration Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in helping clients achieve maximum value on their deal transactions by solving transformational and complex challenges.
We focus on all operational aspects of a transaction, pre and post completion. This includes conducting pre-deal due diligence, executing large-scale enterprise-wide integrations, supporting complex divestitures and separations across various functional areas such as Information Technology, Operations, Human Capital, Finance, and other back-office functions.
Our team helps our clients integrate data into actionable business intelligence during the post-transaction phase. As part of the team, you'll work with data analytics models to facilitate benchmarking and visualization.
