Lead Care Professional
We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Care Professional to join our team in Waterford. This is an exciting opportunity to take on a leadership role in a Social Care setting, ensuring the highest possible standards of support for our clients.
The ideal candidate will have:
* A minimum of 3 years of management experience within a Social Care Setting
* A professional degree (minimum level 7) in Social Care or relevant qualification
* Experience in managing residential services
* Level 6 management qualification
* Full driving license and access to own transport
* Working knowledge of legislation and HIQA standards of care
