We are seeking an administrative support specialist to provide high-quality assistance to our consultants across various specialties in a dynamic healthcare setting.
* Key Responsibilities:
* Meet and greet patients on the day of the clinic, ensuring an efficient booking process.
* Provide administrative support in setting up and expanding clinics as required, maintaining a smooth workflow.
* Manage phone calls, referral letters from general practitioners, and contact patients regarding appointment times and fees to be paid, demonstrating excellent communication skills.
* Gather information from other hospitals as needed by consultants, facilitating seamless collaboration.
* Handle cash payments for consultants and ensure accurate entry on the system, balancing daily transactions with precision.
* Promptly manage billing of patients, keeping patient accounts up to date, and ensuring all financial matters are handled efficiently.
* Complete medical reporting tasks after consultations in a timely manner, adhering to strict deadlines.
* Maintain excellent working relationships with hospital team members, fostering a positive and collaborative environment.
