Business Information Manager / Document Controller - Construction Technology
South Dublin | Hybrid | €55K + Early Finish Fridays
MCS Group is delighted to be working with a pioneering Irish tech company who are transforming how construction projects are managed across the built environment. Their software helps simplify project delivery for some of the biggest names in the industry - streamlining documentation, improving compliance, and replacing outdated pen-and-paper processes with digital solutions.
As their new Business Information Manager, you'll take ownership of documentation across multiple construction and built environment projects - from initial planning through to completion. This includes managing data and certification, supporting client onboarding, and ensuring stakeholders are getting full value from the platform.
You'll work closely with clients to understand their needs, keep projects on track, and help digitise and streamline their processes. There's a great balance between hands-on work, client interaction, and long-term impact.

What You'll Need:
* Ideally degree-qualified, with experience working as a Document Controller, Project Coordinator, or in a similar role
* A background in construction or the built environment
* Knowledge of BCAR, BIM, or project/document management processes
* Strong attention to detail - comfortable managing large volumes of data and documentation
* Excellent communication skills - able to guide clients and support delivery
* A driving licence and ability to commute to South Dublin HQ and client sites
