A highly respected and genuinely excellent General Manager is leading a luxury hotel in Co. Kildare, requiring an experienced Operations Manager. This senior, high-impact role involves supporting the General Manager across all departments to ensure standards are maintained, teams are supported and the operation runs smoothly.
The ideal candidate will have at least 34 years' senior operations experience within a hotel and strong exposure to food & beverage, front office and events. A calm, confident leadership style with genuine interest in developing teams is essential as well as clear communication skills with a strong focus on guest experience. Experience with budgets, wage controls, planning and key performance indicators (KPIs) is also required.
