Clinical Nurse Manager III Position
The Clinical Nurse Manager III plays a vital role in leading the nursing team to deliver high-quality patient care.
* Manage the department efficiently while maintaining a high standard of patient care.
* Provide guidance and support to CNM2s and staff members.
* Lead innovation and effective leadership to nursing and allied health professionals.
* Participate in the Nurse Management Team to effectively manage services and improve patient outcomes.
To be eligible for this role, candidates must possess:
* A current registration in the relevant division of the Register of Nurses & Midwives maintained by the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Ireland.
* A minimum of 5 years of recent acute post-registration full-time experience.
* At least 2 years of experience in the specialty or related area.
