My client is looking for a Senior Network and Security Engineer to design and deliver enterprise-grade network and security solutions for large corporate clients. This is a customer-facing role suited to someone who enjoys combining deep technical expertise with solution design, consultancy, and stakeholder engagement. You’ll work alongside highly skilled engineers.
About the Role
As a Senior Network Security Engineer to design and implement security processes of new and existing security solutions. You will build and deliver technical solutions & change plans and lead projects as an SME to manage and observe network integrity and strong technical security posture.
Skills & Requirements
Experienced with Firewalls, Cisco & Checkpoint, data centre & bespoke environments.
Next Gen Firewalls: DLP, IDS, anti-malware, URL filtering.
Change control.
Load balancing & SSL offload with F5 & Citrix solutions
Experience of DDoS protection solutions
VPN experience: IPSec site to site and SSL Remote Access solutions
Management, logging and audit integration services using SNMP, Syslog
Authentication integrations via LDAP/AD, Radius solutions
Proxy, Mail relay
Security Audit experience
Comfortable dealing with customers and presenting solutions.
Design, implement and support solutions: Checkpoint, Citrix, F5.
IP Networking, Routing and Security.
Input to the creation of accurate project plans, test strategies, handover documentation etc.

Strong experience designing and delivering networking and security solutions in enterprise environments
Client-focused mindset with the ability to translate business requirements into technical designs
Hands-on expertise with enterprise networking and security technologies
Experience working in regulated and compliance-driven environments
