The role of Finance Shared Service Manager is a pivotal position within the organisation, overseeing all accounts payable and accounts receivable activities. The successful candidate will lead the Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) teams, ensuring Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) are met. This includes designing and implementing global processes and procedures, as well as fostering a culture of creativity, collaboration, and excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage the day-to-day operations of the global shared service centre, including third-party and intercompany AP, AR, and cash & bank
* Own the financial aspects of the Order-to-Cash and Purchase-to-Pay processes for the group
* Inspire, motivate, and develop a high-performing, global AP and AR team
The Finance Shared Service Manager will have regular exposure to senior management and interaction with the wider business. They will be responsible for delivering AP, AR, and cash & bank month-end close, including revaluations and key reconciliations, to ensure group timelines are met.
