Job Title:
Clinical Communication Specialist
In this role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to healthcare professionals and patients. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to provide timely, accurate, and non-promotional information on Lilly's products.
* You will handle a high volume of incoming calls and emails from customers, providing clear and concise responses to their queries.
* Identify complex inquiries that require escalation to subject matter experts or medical communications specialists.
* Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product safety profiles, efficacy data, labeling changes, new clinical trials data etc...
Required Skills & Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in health care related field (e.g., pharmacy, natural sciences), diploma in health care services management or equivalent relevant experience;
A proven track record of meeting deadlines and managing multiple tasks simultaneously;
