An established organisation in the healthcare analytics space is seeking an experienced Data & Reporting Specialist to join their team on a daily-rate contract basis, based in Dublin.
This role suits someone who is highly data-literate, technically strong, and comfortable working closely with business stakeholders to turn complex data into clear, usable insights.
Key Responsibilities Demonstrate strong data literacy with the ability to understand and work across Medicare data, including STAR measures, gap closures, and claims data Partner closely with business stakeholders to gather, clarify, and finalise requirements, business documentation, and user stories Design, build, and maintain data processing architectures and pipelines Load, transform, and manage data while delivering user-friendly, high-quality reports Develop and maintain end-user views using reporting platforms such as SSRS or similar tools Validate new and enhanced technical developments, collaborating closely with QA engineers to ensure accuracy and quality Maintain and support existing data load processes, customisations, and reporting components Provide ongoing support for data processing, reporting solutions, applications, and customer-facing reports Continuously learn about products and data domains, proactively sharing ideas and influencing or training team members where appropriate Key Skills & Experience Strong experience in data processing, reporting, and analytics environments Hands-on experience with reporting tools (SSRS or equivalent) Solid understanding of data architecture, ETL processes, and validation practices Experience working in regulated or healthcare-related data environments is highly desirable Excellent communication skills with the ability to bridge technical and business teams Proactive, resourceful, and comfortable working in a fast-paced contract setting
