Job Summary:
The Project Manager role is ideal for a proactive, adaptable and outgoing individual with strong project management experience and a strong ability to independently lead complex projects from concept through to market launch.
This includes owning project timelines, tracking tasks, managing budgets, coordinating cross-functional teams and driving execution, adapting in situations where processes are fluid and evolving.
The successful candidate will have a strong ability to work on their own initiative, have strong follow-through and influencing skills as priorities often shift and fast-paced problem-solving is required.
The right candidate will be naturally collaborative, able to navigate changing priorities and ability to take initiative to ensure accountability across all teams to keep projects moving.
This position will suit a start up-minded, outgoing personality, someone who thrives on variety, has excellent attention to detail, and can juggle multiple projects simultaneously while engaging confidently with senior leaders and diverse teams.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead projects from idea to launch, including vendor sourcing, design, build-out and validation.
* Track project status and tasks, ensuring on-time delivery by holding stakeholders accountable.
* Manage budgets and resource allocations, mitigating risks and optimizing workflows.
* Collaborate cross-functionally across Quality, Regulatory, Supply Chain, Marketing, and Sales.
* Continuously improve processes and project management tracking systems.
* Produce regular status updates and post-launch analyses.
Ideal Candidate:
* 5+ years of hands-on project management experience (preferably in NPD or marketing ops).
* Demonstrated ability to lead projects independently with minimal oversight.
* Exceptionally organized, adaptable and detail oriented.
* Skilled in stakeholder engagement, influencing, and cross-functional coordination.
* Comfortable with ambiguity and operating outside of strict processes.
* Strong communication and presentation skills.
* Certified in PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile (preferred)
* Start up or fast-paced environment experience highly desirable.
