Candidates must hold relevant third-level qualifications and possess at least three years' experience gained either within a construction environment or a field that offers transferable skills.
A strong proficiency in relevant IT systems and AutoCAD is essential, as well as the ability to work collaboratively, demonstrate self-initiative, and showcase excellent oral and written communication skills.
