* Exceptional leadership of professional teams, excellent stakeholder engagement, and outstanding communication skills
Key Performance Indicators
* Strategic thinking supported by strong data analytics
* Commercial or cost-planning experience, including budget and resource oversight
Programme Delivery Excellence
The post holder will ensure robust governance through effective stage gate processes and compliance with national public sector frameworks. They will lead on capital portfolio planning and prioritisation, advise senior management, and foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and excellence in programme delivery.
