Working from our busy but friendly office on Wexford Main Street, you will work with a team of Customer Service Administrators.
Ideally, we are looking for a candidate with Transport experience; however, if you feel you have transferable skills without Transport experience, please do apply.
Your daily tasks will include but are not limited to:
* Answering phones politely and promptly
* Recording and reporting damages
* Working towards team goals
* Importing EDI files and printing paperwork
* Ensuring EDI files are correct and updated
* Assisting in booking gate passes and permits
* Recording client instructions on TMS
* Making shipping bookings with ferry companies
* Resolving day-to-day issues for timely goods collection and delivery
* Managing customer expectations
* Seeking additional bookings to balance workload
* Updating the task log
* Performing customs functions
* Advising cargo partners of necessary instructions
* Planning and prioritising routes cost-effectively
* Achieving and exceeding targets
Remuneration depends on experience and can be discussed during the interview.
