As a key member of our team, we are seeking a highly skilled Reservation Ambassador to deliver exceptional customer service and contribute to the success of our business.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, and have a passion for delivering personalized booking experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
* To serve as the primary point of contact for guests, expertly communicating available options, rates, and itineraries.
* Effective reservation management, converting inquiries into confirmed bookings while maintaining and updating our reservations system.
* Rate management, ensuring optimal pricing and availability through effective rate distribution.
* Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with guests, providing exceptional service and attention to detail.
Requirements:
* Experience: A minimum of 1 year in a similar position within a 4 or 5-star hotel environment.
* Technical Skills: Proven proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
* Knowledge of booking systems and CRM software is essential.
* Familiarity with Hotsoft booking system is highly desirable.
* Language Proficiency: Must be a fluent English speaker with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Interpersonal Skills: Strong networking and interpersonal abilities, with a focus on customer satisfaction.
