The Opportunity
Trócaire is committed to supporting women’s and girls’ protection, voice, and leadership, a core part of its strategy (2021-2026). We work with local partners, women’s networks, and movements to support women and girls in claiming their rights, living safely, and reaching their potential. As Women’s Empowerment Manager (maternity cover), you will lead and represent Trócaire’s efforts in this area, defining strategy and vision, and leading a passionate team of global advisors supporting work in 15 countries. You will join a collaborative Programmes Team that values learning and results.

Experience partnering with local, women-centered organizations is beneficial.
