We are currently recruiting for a Store Manager in our Navan Store.
The Store Manager is a leader responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the store, ensuring it runs smoothly and effectively. The Store Manager reports to the District Manager, and together they aim to provide a smooth and profitable operation by driving revenue, managing costs, and fostering a culture based on high-quality pet care and exceptional customer service.
What you will do:
1. Operational Store Excellence: Drive operational excellence by ensuring adherence to store processes and guidelines within the framework of the Corporate Centre Standards. Use operational store analytics to optimize efficiency, streamline processes, and make informed decisions to enhance store performance.
2. Operational Store Analytics: Exceed company KPIs, manage cash and stock audits, control store personnel costs, and monitor sales performance.
3. Leadership: Empower your team through supportive leadership, training, and fostering a culture of trust and respect. Promote engagement and continuous learning to ensure team success and contribution to shared goals.
4. Merchandise and Inventory: Create an enticing shopping experience with optimal product availability, effective planogram implementation, and accurate inventory management.
5. Customer Engagement: Drive customer engagement through exemplary service, ensuring the team maintains high standards.
6. Brand Integrity: Ensure the welfare of animals entrusted to us is prioritized and that their care is always of the highest standard.
