In this role, you will take ownership of complex development tasks, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and contribute to continuous improvement within an agile environment.
You'll play a key role in delivering high-quality, customer-focused software that drives real business value.
## **The Role*** Design, develop, maintain, and test new and existing software features.
* Lead complex development tasks and contribute to estimation and planning.
* Write clean, well-documented code and support automated and manual testing.
* Collaborate daily with the agile team, reporting progress and impediments.
* Work closely with Business Analysts, UX Designers, Test Engineers, and Technical Support to ensure smooth delivery.
* Participate in code reviews and retrospectives, contributing to continuous improvement.
* Support proof-of-concepts, prototyping, and adherence to architectural standards.
* Keep ALM tools updated and ensure transparency on project status.
* Focus on delivering customer value and enhancing user experience.
## **What you offer*** Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science preferred, or equivalent experience.
* **4+ years** of professional software development experience.
### **Technical Skills****Required:*** COBOL, IMS, DB2, JCL, VSAM**Beneficial:*** SCLM, CICS, Control-M### **Core Competencies*** Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
