A varied mix of typology brings opportunity to work on different projects of all shapes, styles and sizes.Suitable candidates will have experience working on Data Centre projects.This role of Project Architect will see the suitable professional assisting through all project work stages, taking concepts and designs through the RIAI plan of work and ensuring the project is moved smoothly through to completion. Excellence with design, planning and technical construction experience is key.Requirements:• RIAI Qualifications• Strong experience of project leading in Ireland• Revit excellence• Experience working with junior members and an example to them• Irish planning, construction and building regulation experienceSalary:Salary is very competitive and depends solely on experience and the knowledge you can bring to the team. Figures are circa €73-95k but highly flexible. If the right candidate has higher expectations, this will be reviewed.
