Manufacturing Operator Role
We are seeking an experienced Manufacturing Operator to join our team in Shannon. This is a temporary contract for 3 months, working 39 hours a week with a day shift schedule.
The ideal candidate will have experience from a life science/med device background, with expertise in picking product and reading information off pick sheets. They will also be comfortable using a scanning gun and have good attention to detail and quality orientation.
* Preparation of orders, processing requests and supply orders, pulling materials, packing boxes; placing orders in delivery area of the Warehouse.
* Operate Machines in line with production schedule and quality targets, adhering to work procedures and maintaining safe and clean work environment by keeping shelves, pallet area, neat; maintaining clean shipping supply area; complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
* Responsible for ensuring a high standard of housekeeping and 5S are maintained at all times, completing all process documentation accurately.
Key Requirements:
* Experience in a similar role, preferably in a warehouse or manufacturing setting.
* Excellent communication skills, with ability to read and follow instructions.
* Ability to lift heavy objects and stand for long periods.
* Basic computer skills, including knowledge of software used for inventory management.
