Our client, a leader in the aviation sector, is seeking an HR Generalist to join their team in Dublin. Reporting to the HR Manager, this role will play a central part in supporting employees and driving HR processes across the business.
The HR Generalist will be a key member of the TSP Team and play a central function in the company.
Responsibilities
* Employee Relations dealing with employee requests and queries on a daily basis.
* Recruitment and Selection
* Responsibility for Employee Benefits Administration, such as Pension, Medical Insurance
* Preparing monthly HR Reports for various departments.
* Support in developing onboarding processes incl. ZUP Process
* Introduce and integrate new staff members at TSP DUB and SNN. Set up new employees on various systems prior to start date and prepare for arrival on-site.
* Implementing and updating Company Policies and Company Handbook
* Management of Personnel Files
* Management of onboarding and relocation of international employees incl. visa etc.
* Administration and updating of internal training records
* Record and administrate working time incl. absence management
* Support in providing employee appraisals
* Payroll Preparation in conjunction with Finance dept.
* Develop and manage public relation. Plan and manage events
* Coordinate corporate social responsibility (CSR) activities
* Handle internal communications
* Ad hoc human resources duties and projects.
Person Specification
* Degree in a business related subject, preferably human resources related discipline.
* Ideally CIPD qualified
* Excellent PC Skills Word, Excel, Power Point and Microsoft Outlook.
* Previous experience of maintaining a time and attendance system is a distinct advantage.
* Knowledgeable on current Irish employment legislation.
* Strong inter-personal skills and the ability to communicate at all levels
* Problem solving skills ability to think outside the box to achieve the best solution
* Work well both independently and as part of a team
* Friendly and approachable and recognises the importance of confidentiality.
* Flexible attitude with an ability to multitask.
