Nua Healthcare Services is one of Ireland's leading private social and healthcare providers, specialising in residential and supported living services for children and adults with complex support needs. We are seeking a Social Care Administrator to join our team.
The role will involve completing administrative tasks in Nua's Residential Homes on a part-time or full-time basis. The successful candidate will be provided with all necessary training and development opportunities.
Duties include providing administrative support to the Management Team, managing health-related appointments, updating risk management plans, issuing daily planners, key working sessions, health checks, behavioural checks as required ensuring files are up-to-date and organized efficiently ensuring team meeting minutes typed up available through SharePoint completed reports incidents accident were submitted last week fire drills performed by designated person maintaining individual finance checklists verifying Key Workers staff delivering data accurate filing while maintaining privacy confidentiality boundaries adherence creating workplaces effective dynamic teamwork interactions;
