Electrical Project managerSweden, Ireland, and DenmarkRole OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Electrical Project Manager to oversee and deliver multiple electrical installation and construction projects across Sweden, Ireland, and Denmark. The successful candidate will take full responsibility for project planning, execution, financial performance, client relationships, and ensuring compliance with local regulations and industry standards in each region.This is a key leadership position requiring excellent technical knowledge, strong commercial awareness, and the ability to manage teams and subcontractors across multinational environments.Key ResponsibilitieProject Management & DeliveryPlan, manage, and deliver electrical projects from initiation to handover across Sweden, Ireland, and Denmark.Develop detailed project schedules, resource plans, risk registers, and reporting structures.Coordinate internal teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure timely and high-quality delivery.Ensure all works are carried out in accordance with local regulations, standards, and site requirements.Technical & Quality OversightProvide technical leadership and support on electrical design, installation methodologies, and commissioning.Review and approve technical submittals, drawings, and specifications.Conduct regular site inspections to verify workmanship, safety compliance, and quality standards.Financial & Commercial ManagementManage project budgets, cost tracking, and financial reporting.Lead procurement activities and negotiate with suppliers and subcontractors.Identify and manage variations, claims, and contract changes.Ensure financial performance aligns with company targets.Client & Stakeholder ManagementAct as the main point of contact for clients across all assigned regions.Maintain strong relationships through clear communication, regular progress updates, and issue resolution.Coordinate with local authorities, grid operators, and regulatory bodies as required.Health, Safety & CompliancePromote a strong safety culture in alignment with regional regulatory requirements.Ensure compliance with Swedish, Irish, and Danish electrical codes, construction standards, and industry best practices.Conduct or support safety audits, toolbox talks, and incident reporting.Skills & Experience RequiredDegree or equivalent qualification in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline.Proven experience managing electrical or MEP projects, ideally across multiple European regions.Strong understanding of EU electrical standards; familiarity with local codes in Sweden, Ireland, or Denmark is highly desirable.Excellent project planning, budgeting, and reporting skills.Strong leadership and communication abilities, with experience managing multicultural teams.Ability to travel frequently and work effectively in international environments.Personal AttributesProactive problem-solver with strong attention to detail.Commercially astute with the ability to manage complex stakeholder environments.Adaptable and comfortable working in different cultural and regulatory contexts.Results-driven with a focus on quality, safety, and client satisfaction.Job Type: Full-timePay: €60,859.60-€80,000.00 per yearWork Location: In person
