Job Summary:
Morgan McKinley is seeking a proactive Accountant to manage day-to-day financial operations. This role requires strong interpersonal skills and solid business acumen.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage accounting records, including accounts payable, payroll, and banking.
* Prepare monthly reports, quarterly accounts, and annual financial statements.
* Ensure timely completion of month-end procedures and compliance with Accounting Financial Reporting Standards.
* Contribute to operational and strategic planning discussions.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
* ACA/ACCA/CPA qualified with minimum 2 years PQE
* Prior experience in financial management
