Junior Quantity Surveyor Job Opportunity
We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated individual to fill the role of Junior Quantity Surveyor. As part of this position, you will be responsible for assisting with commercial tasks from tender stage to final account on live projects within Ireland.
* Assist with preparation and analysis of tenders
* Monitor and control project costs, ensuring compliance with contractual obligations and manage variations
* Liaise with clients, architects, engineers, and contractors to resolve queries and issues
* Analyze data, identify trends, and provide recommendations for process improvements
You will work closely with the Senior QS/Estimator and be part of a dynamic team that values innovation, collaboration, and customer satisfaction.
Key Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g. construction management, quantity surveying)
* Excellent communication and analytical skills
* Ability to work effectively in a team environment
* Familiarity with relevant software applications (e.g. Excel, MS Project)
