This intricate operation is the result of logistical, manufacturing, and technical collaborations that involve half of Diageo's 30,000+ people.
About the Role
This role will be responsible for deploying all S4 HANA solutions, integrations, and capability solutions across Diageo's regions and markets globally.
This will involve working with various functions to define and implement the delivery & rollout roadmap.
Partnerships with the Business Sponsor, D&T, and Systems Integrator will be crucial in completing this roadmap and delivering a successful global Business Transformation.
The successful deployment of the Voyager program across all global Supply Chain & Procurement regions, categories, and functions will be ensured by this role.
Strategies, methodologies, and detailed plans for deployment will be developed and implemented by this role.
Deployment activities, including User Acceptance Testing (UAT), will be supervised by this role.
Ongoing communication efforts with senior stakeholders, including Supply Chain & Procurement Steer Cos, will be led by this role.
Effective communication strategies tailored to Supply Chain & Procurement users and stakeholders at all levels will be built and implemented by this role.
Awareness, understanding, and strong sponsorship dedication to the Voyager program will be driven by this role.
Global, hub, and site-level relationships will be maintained and strengthened by this role.
Alignment among stakeholder groups within both the program and the wider business will be ensured by this role.
Confidence and credibility will be encouraged by this role to support a successful deployment.
The Supply Chain & Procurement Change Management approach will be maintained and strengthened by this role.
This approach will be fit for purpose and optimally executed to deliver the change agenda.
Change across Supply Chain & Procurement regions, categories, and functions will be embedded by building strong local ownership and an engaged Change Network.
A Supply Chain & Procurement training strategy will be developed and implemented by this role.
This strategy will ensure that global content is adapted locally where needed.
Training deployment will be supervised by this role.
Change and training efficiency will be supervised by this role.
Risks and resistance will be addressed by this role to ensure successful adoption.
These relationships will support business transformation and programme objectives.
A detailed understanding of global strategies and alignment with strategic process and technology priorities will be demonstrated by this role.
Business decisions will be challenged and built on by this role.
A high-performing team will be managed and maintained by setting clear expectations, encouraging a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and collaboration.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Degree educated in relevant finance/accounting/business
* 12-15+ years' management experience across one of the following functions: Finance, Supply, Technology and change experience is strongly preferred
* Experience in a global FMCG or similar dynamic operating environment
* SAP HANA S4 experience advantageous
* Fluent English knowledge
