Our contact Centre is available 362 days a year for sales and customer service.

The Role
Lead, coach, and develop a team of travel sales consultants to achieve individual and team KPIs.
Implement and drive a structured sales process to maximise performance and conversions.
Monitor key sales metrics and provide insights to optimise performance across all sales channels.
Conduct regular call reviews, provide constructive feedback, and ensure high-quality customer interactions.
Work closely with the Contact Centre Manager and other teams to enhance efficiency, technology, and customer experience.
Manage daily operations, including rostering, reporting, and resource planning to meet business needs.
Drive a positive, motivated team culture where excellence is recognised and rewarded.
