Our Client, a Global investment Management firm, are seeking an experienced Investor Relations Co-ordination Specialist to join their growing Dublin office on an
initial temporary basis with a view to going permanent.
The ideal candidate will have exemplary organisation and scheduling skills.
Key Responsibilities
* Organise and arrange investor and client meetings with senior management, internal teams, and external partners.
* Oversee virtual meeting tools, including facilitation, technical support, and session recording.
* Maintain centralised investor updates, monitor timelines, and ensure follow-through on agreed actions.
* Spot potential challenges, raise concerns promptly, and suggest ways to refine processes.
Key Requirements
* Excellent organisational skills with proven experience handling high-volume scheduling and investor interactions.
* Skilled communicator, comfortable engaging with senior executives and external stakeholders.
* Strong Experience using Zoom to co-ordinate meetings.
* Background in executive support or project coordination essential; prior client-facing experience is a plus.
