We seek a Senior Manager, Customer Experience Architect to join our growing team in the department responsible for Feasibility, Study Start Up and Activation. This role involves architecting customer experiences that foster long-term relationships with clients and drive business growth.
As a Senior Manager, you will be responsible for leading cross-functional teams to design and implement customer-centric solutions that meet the evolving needs of our clients.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving strategic initiatives, managing complex projects, and collaborating with stakeholders to achieve business objectives.
You will also have experience in customer experience strategy development, market analysis, and data-driven decision making.
A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is required. You must have excellent communication and project management skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
