Role Description
This is a part-time hybrid role for a Technical Specialist based in Dublin with some work from home flexibility. The Technical Specialist will be responsible for providing technical support, troubleshooting issues, and delivering excellent customer service. Day-to-day tasks will include diagnosing technical problems, communicating with customers to resolve their issues, and using analytical skills to identify and solve complex challenges.
Qualifications
* Strong Analytical Skills for diagnosing and solving technical issues
* Excellent Communication skills for interacting with customers and team members
* Proficiency in Troubleshooting and providing Technical Support
* Experience in Customer Service to deliver a high level of support
* Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a hybrid work environment
* Technical certifications and experience in IT support are a plus
* Ability to manage time effectively and handle multiple tasks
* Problem-solving attitude and attention to detail
