Design Build Searchis seeking aFinishing Foreman to work with our client's highly skilled team on a new project in Dublin City Centre. The selected candidate will be part of a Tier 1 Main Contractor that is leading the way in modern construction methods using new technologies, sustainable materials and innovative building methods. Responsibilities: Oversee all finishing activities on the construction site. Manage subcontractors and coordinate with other trades. Ensure all work is completed to the highest standards of quality and safety. Inspect work for compliance with specifications and standards. Identify and resolve any issues that arise. Ensure all work is completed on time and within budget. Maintain accurate records of work completed and materials used. Work closely with the project manager and other members of the construction team. Ensure all work is completed in accordance with health and safety regulations. Provide leadership and guidance to the finishing team. Monitor progress and performance of finishing activities. Ensure all finishing work meets client expectations. Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials. Prepare and submit progress reports to the project manager. Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality and safety standards are met. Requirements: 4-6 years in similar role. Knowledge of construction techniques and be competent in all aspects of setting out, surveying, and temporary works. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Strong IT skills with good knowledge of MS office & CAD. A good understanding of Health & Safety requirements within Irish construction sites. Full Irish Driving licence. Proven experience as a Finishing Foreman or similar role. Strong background in construction, with a focus on finishing work. Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications. Knowledge of health and safety regulations. Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays if necessary. A good understanding of Health & Safety requirements within Irish construction sites.
