National Sales Manager – Manufacturing (Food & Healthcare Sector)

As part of their strategic expansion, they are looking for an experienced National Sales Manager to manage key customer relationships and drive sales in both existing and new markets.
Role Overview:
The National Sales Manager will be responsible for managing and growing key customer accounts while identifying new opportunities in sustainable and innovative product solutions. The role involves close collaboration with internal teams to ensure the best solutions are delivered, adding value through product diversification and exceptional service.
Experience Required:
At least 5 years in a business development role within the manufacturing sector supplying products to the food, healthcare, or packaging industry
Proven experience in managing key accounts and driving profitable growth
Strong understanding of sustainability strategies, including circular economy and carbon reduction
Commercial acumen with strong analytical and financial skills
Excellent communication and negotiation skills with a proactive, results-driven mindset
