Preferred qualifications:

* Experience in managing digital advertising campaigns with a focus on performance marketing.
* Experience with business techniques including effective questioning and objection handling.
* Experience in managing a business portfolio in business development, customer relationship, and servicing.
* Ability to manage multiple projects with a broad range of internal and external stakeholders and to think strategically and develop recommendations and action plans.
* Ability to influence executive stakeholders through thought leadership.
* Excellent problem-solving and investigative skills.

About the jobConsulting with a wide variety of existing advertising companies of all sizes, you are committed to finding the optimal advertising solution for each client. Your interest in sales and the digital economy and your entrepreneurial drive enables brands to expand their businesses with Google's latest advertising products and solutions. Your understanding of online media combined with your commercial know-how shape how new and existing businesses grow. Using your effective communication skills, you are the face of Google to a portfolio of clients whose needs you listen to, and help define the strategy for how their products and services can reach thousands or millions of users.Google Ads is helping power the open internet with the best technology that connects and creates value for people, publishers, advertisers, and Google. We’re made up of multiple teams, building Google’s Advertising products including search, display, shopping, travel and video advertising, as well as analytics. Our teams create trusted experiences between people and businesses with useful ads. We help grow businesses of all sizes from small businesses, to large brands, to YouTube creators, with effective advertiser tools that deliver measurable results. We also enable Google to engage with customers at scale.

Responsibilities

* Grow advertising cross-channel business through clear, data-driven POVs and recommendations that align with Customer Business Objectives.
* Help customers understand the value of Google solutions and wider marketing trends in order to plan, buy, optimize, and measure their digital marketing campaigns in order to drive business success. Work towards ambitious goals while prioritizing and delivering an excellent experience to Google's customers.
* Collaborate and consult with customers and their agencies with the goal of extending relationships, growing the customer and optimizing their advertising.
* Analyze data trends and consumer insights to develop solid strategic plans and prepare compelling narratives to drive growth.
* Partner with account team members and a set of cross-functional partners (e.g., gTech, IGT, Product Specialists) to drive business opportunities that build long term growth.
